The Community and Inclusion Focus Group

The Community Focus Group is made up from various people with and without a disability from all over the borough.
They are working to improve the local community for people with learning disability and for everyone.

Update of working currently being done
They are currently taking part in a nation program which is regionally called "Building Inclusive Kent Communities".
This programme of work is guided by the Kent Adult Social Services 'Active Lives for All' strategy.
This is a plan to help everybody play an active part in their communities.
Our Vision - 'Is a future where all people are able to live life to the full as active members of our local communities across the Tunbridge Wells district.'
Our Hope - 'Is to open up opportunities in the Tunbridge Wells district for all people to share their gifts and talents with other.'
Our Aim - 'Is to work with others in the local community to make our vision happen.;
