Representative Project
This project is all about getting people with a learning disabilities voices heard.
We are going around organisations in the borough giving a short presentation about:
- Tunbridge Wells District Patnership Group
- The work we do
- How we help people with learning disability
- How we can help your organisation
- How your organisation can help us and help people with a learning disability

Speaking Up Groups
We have restart out Speaking Up Group and first meeting is Thursday 29th July, 10am at St John's Chuch.
Speaking Up Group Invite Letter
This is being chaired by Helen Kevan (ex-TWDPG Co-Chair) and being run, planned and organised by people with disabilities for people with disabilities.

Survey of Disabilities in the Tunbridge Wells Borough
Through data we have collected from various sources about national wide and local disabilities we are creating a map.
This map will show the need of disabilities in the borough alongside comparison to the national data.
This will help us best address the needs of the borough with the best use of our resources.
This is all to create the best opportunities and the best service for people with learning disabilities and the community as a whole.

Drop In
The Drop In is restarting in September after a summer holiday of activities and events.
Check out the Drop In webspace for more information.
We will be having exciting activites on with information and visits from local services. The Drop In is coming back from it's summer holidays bigger and better.

Sports Focus Group
The Sports Focus Group is going strong.
We currently have a website (www.tunbridgewellsdisabilitysports.co.uk) that is up and running - the place for all disabilities sports and events in Tunbridge Wells!
The group of around 15-20 different organisations from in and around West Kent are currently creating an action plan for disability sports in Tunbridge Wells for the next year.

We are now offering a printing service which all the money goes to help and employ people with learning disabilities.
